With over two decades in the NYC hospitality and events industry, Ray Byrne has truly seen it all—starting as a cocktail shaker at celebrity hotspots, moving into beverage management for an international hotel brand, owning and operating an event logistics company for large scale music events and ultimately opening his own cocktail bar and restaurant in Manhattan. This wide-ranging experience has given Ray a unique, firsthand perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the hospitality world.

Ray combines his deep industry knowledge with a passion for leveraging technology to modernize traditional sales approaches. Drawing on his art school roots, he blends data-driven strategies with imaginative solutions and compelling storytelling to position venues as must-book destinations.
